Lullaby for George
This was the first solo project I made whilst at university. It was created during lockdown which was undoubtably a very confusing and challenging time. As a film student in particular, having never had an in-person lecture, nor access to the universities equipment and facilities, this project was intimidating.

This film focuses on the amazing work done by Safe Haven, a charity basketball team for young people with learning difficulties. Rather than let her daughter, and many other young people face this let down, she decided to set up her own team. Since making this film Emma's daughter Grace has gone on to compete at the 2023 Special Olympics in Berlin!
